'Virtuousness', 'Flowers in the Wind' & 'Conspicuous'

Danielle - I was born in Melbourne Australia. From an early age, I became interested in photography through my father who dabbled in photography. So began my journey with the camera! From the age of 12, I knew that I wanted to take photos.

Another dimension to my photography is my work and exploration of solar and lunar eclipses which I have been passionately following for 15 years. I have learned, first hand what these eclipses mean to the indigenous people of the different places that I have visited and have shared many rich experiences with people from all over our world who also seek out solar eclipses. After capturing these unique moments with my camera, I have used these extraordinary images to create books & exhibitions. My adventures have taken me through a ghost town in India, to the steaming streets of New York City, a remote peninsula of Venezuela amidst the Celtic magic of Cornwall to the dry red dessert of Southern Australia.
